Team Lead - Trials Analyst, Dallas

Location: Dallas, TX

The Team Lead plays a key role in the guidance, mentoring and motivation of the Trials team Analysts and is responsible for providing client support, incident processing and management over various aspects of the trials operations. This Team Lead role will take on larger, more complex trial projects as well as work with stakeholders across the business on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the trials process. Team Leads are involved in the development of Analysts including conducting monthly 1 on 1 meetings and also act as a single escalation point for Analysts.

The successful applicant will have a combined 3-5 years of experience in a threat intelligence analysis, client support and project management. Team Leads should be able to deliver clear direction, adapt to change and act as a change catalyst within the team. DevOps Engineer

We're looking to expand our Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps team and are hiring a Junior to Mid level engineer. You will report to the Head of Site Reliability and will be part of a cross functional team focusing on delivering particular features for Digital Shadows products. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the sales results of Digital Shadows SearchLight™ by initiating prospect meetings and conducting nurturing campaigns that help his or her regional sales team drive opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone and written communications skills, while working in a high-paced team environment. This role reports into the Inside Sales Director and is based in San Francisco, CA. 

Job Duties

  • Cold-call prospects generated by internal and external lead sources.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and RSMs to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and territory campaigns. 
  • Ensure follow-up by passing qualified leads to Regional Sales Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, and sources.

Through the use of the SearchLight platform and open source intelligence, the analyst assesses the validity of the incidents and conducts further analysis to add meaningful business context to incidents that are delivered to our clients. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the intelligence lifecycle, cyber security and the digital risks landscape that exists across our client's business verticals. We take a skills based approach to learning development and have a training and progression plan in place for new analysts to develop their skills and progress to other opportunities, such as senior analyst, team lead, or more research and technically focused roles across the company. Analysts play a key role in creating general and client-specific situational awareness for our customers to help them make informed strategic and operational decisions to secure their enterprises. Technical Collections Analyst

Location: London, England

Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of our collection platform, the Technical Collections Analyst will liaise between our intelligence team and our developers in order to ensure that our system continues to collect information in a timely manner, from the right places, and that it satisfies client requirements. The effectiveness and efficiency of our platform is dependent on the quality of our sources and effective configuration of SearchLight™, and therefore this role will be pivotal to our company as we expand. The successful candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail becoming an expert in our system and its capabilities, as they’ll share responsibility for mission critical functions. The role will involve the implementation and development of our Intelligence Collection Plan. This will entail discovering, configuring and maintaining sources for our innovative system to collect against, across a range of surface, deep, and dark web domains. The Technical Collections Analyst will work in our Production Service team alongside configuration analysts and data analysts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our system through both configuration and capability changes and enhancements. You'll report directly to the Head of Production Service, becoming a trusted advisor on the direction of our technical collection. You will hold the responsibility for the maintenance and coordination of our collection and configuration function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively, to work under pressure, to meet schedules and deadlines, to multi-task, to plan, organise and prioritise tasks paying close attention to detail
  • Meticulous and rigorous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of internet technologies and website building/hosting (HTML, XML, URLs etc.)
  • Must have clear, concise, straight to the point communication skills,and be comfortable dealing with both internal business and technical stakeholders

Senior Java Developer

Location: Canary Wharf, London, UK

We are building an innovative digital risk remediation platform that enables our clients to have a view of the online risks to their business in a way that was never before available. We are a VC-backed, growth stage company and looking to expand our engineering team. We’re crafting the most intelligent digital risk company in the world and we want you on board.

Over the next 12 months:

  • You will expand the volume of data sources that we collect into our platform.
  • You will enhance our risk detection system to improve accuracy and increase our coverage.
  • You will help to revolutionise the ability for our clients to find and receive digital risks.
  • You will have the freedom to work with the latest technologies in order to quickly implement new functionality.
  • You will influence the product roadmap, technology choices and the underlying architecture and design.
  • You will release code every three weeks as part of a cross functional scrum team.

REQUIREMENTS

Our platform is built primarily on Java and Spring and hosted on AWS. We are looking for engineers with strong working knowledge of Java and in particular applications that handle large volumes of data. In particular we are looking for:

  • Experience in development of high volume data processing systems
  • Experience using a range of open source Java libraries and frameworks, ideally including Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Guava
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, ideally, MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly HBase
  • Ability to articulate complex designs and ideas to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Experience working with cloud services such as AWS or GCE

Desirable

  • Working experience of search technologies including elastic search
